Seren Hughes

Seren Hughes is an experienced professional in operations and research, currently serving as Operations Manager at Alike since October 2022 and as a Research Intern at NIHR since September 2024. Additionally, Seren holds the title of Peer Researcher at Young Women's Trust from March 2023. Previously, Seren held significant roles at CATTs, including Interim Operations Director and Head of Engagement, and worked as a Social Media Assistant at The University of Salford. Early career experiences include positions as a Content Creator and Junior Copywriter at SocialChain. Seren earned a Master of Science in Public Health from The University of Salford between 2020 and 2022, following a 1st Class BA Hons in English Literature from the same institution from 2015 to 2018, and completed high school education at Hawarden High School from 2007 to 2014.
