Tommy Ding

Tommy Ding has accumulated extensive experience in the hospitality industry, starting as a Bellman at Meritus Hotels & Resorts and progressing through various roles, including Executive Lounge Receptionist at InterContinental Hotels Group and Villa Lounge Supervisor at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. From December 2009 to July 2011, Tommy served as Duty Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group before taking on the role of Villa Manager at Anantara Hotels & Resorts, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations of 21 villas and assisting with front office management. Currently, Tommy is the Front Office Manager at Alila Hotels - Two Roads Hospitality, responsible for managing a comprehensive range of services across multiple accommodations. Tommy holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from Hainan University.
