Before joining Hyatt, Will worked as the Global Sales Director - Luxury & Lifestyle at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where they played a significant role in supporting luxury hotel openings, managing client relationships, and developing sales strategies. Will has also worked at Shangri-La Group as the Global Director of Business Development and Corporate Sales Manager. Will started their career at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts as a Sales Manager and has experience in brand strategy and account management from their time at BRR Hospitality Marketing. Additionally, Will has worked as an Event Manager at The Orange Group Limited.
Will Brandon attended Auckland University of Technology from 2005 to 2006, where they pursued a degree in Culinary Arts with a focus on Hospitality Management. In addition to their formal education, they hold certifications including a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a First Aid Certificate from St John's, both obtained in unspecified years. Will also obtained a General Managers Certificate from Auckland Council in 2011.
