Alexandra Seidel-Lauer serves as the Development Director at ALIMA, where involvement in the Executive Committee includes participation in strategic decision-making and management of development and fundraising teams across multiple locations. With two decades of experience at the German-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Alexandra led initiatives to strengthen Franco-German economic relations and facilitated numerous business development events. Previous roles also include Capacity Building Officer at the United Nations World Food Programme, where strategic capacity development plans were created, and various consulting positions focused on economic development and project management. Educational credentials include an Executive Training in Executive Coaching from HEC Paris, a postgraduate degree in International Economics & Development from the German Institute of Development and Sustainability, and a Diplom/Master's in Economic & Social Geography/Political Sciences from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
