Andrea Newman

Andrea Newman, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being Vice President of Human Resources at AliMed. Andrea previously held the role of Director of Human Resources at AliMed before being promoted. Before joining AliMed, Newman was Vice President of Human Resources at MSLGROUP, where they also served as Director of Human Resources. Prior to MSLGROUP, they were the Director of Human Resources, Benefits, and Administration at FitLinxx, Inc. Newman began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Melissa & Doug.

Andrea Newman, SHRM-SCP, holds an Ed.M. and an M.A. degree in Counseling Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University at Albany, SUNY. In addition, Andrea has obtained certification as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
