Elena María Pineda is an experienced professional in organizational transformation and management systems, currently serving as the Organizational Transformation Manager and Management Systems & Process Optimization Manager at Alimentosideal since November 2022. Previously, Elena held the position of EHSS & Quality Head for Central America and the Caribbean at Kellogg Company from March 2022 to October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Food Safety Manager and Water Treatment Plant Coordinator at cbc, as well as Environmental Specialist and Environmental Laboratory Manager at Goldcorp. Elena began their career as a Chemistry professor at Colegio La Asunción. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master of Business Administration from UNIS Business School, a Master of Arts in Environmental and Energy Management from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, and multiple degrees in Environmental and Chemical Engineering from the same university. Elena is furthering education in Human Resources Management at INCAE Business School.
