Moncef Idoudi

Moncef Idoudi has extensive experience in production coordination and quality assurance within the food and manufacturing sectors. Currently, Moncef serves as Coordinator of Production at Aliments Sunchef Inc since July 2014, overseeing employee assignments, ensuring workplace safety, hygiene standards, and productivity optimization. Simultaneously, Moncef holds an internship position as Quality Assurance Technician at Boulangerie Industrielle Cantor Montreal, focusing on quality control and the implementation of the HACCP plan. Prior experience includes serving as Production Manager at Société Salama Frères Tunisie, managing a team of 40 employees in the production of soap and liquid detergent, and as Quality and Environment Coordinator, where responsibilities included drafting procedures, training staff, conducting internal audits, and managing corrective actions. Moncef's academic foundation includes a Bacalaureat in Food Industries from École Supérieure des Industries Alimentaires de Tunisie.
