In 2011, Dr. Baito specialized in Geriatrics through a program at the Universidade Federal de São Paulo (Unifesp). Additionally, in 2010, they obtained a postgraduate degree in Chinese Medicine from the Associação Médica Brasileira de Acupuntura.

In terms of additional certifications, Dr. Baito has obtained several qualifications. In 2018, they received the Trainer Mastery certification from Crescimentum. Then, in 2019, they completed the Professional Coaching Certification from the same institution.
