Dipesh Jasmat is currently employed at Alinta Energy as a Senior Legal Manager in the Merchant Energy department. Dipesh has extensive experience in gas, power, projects, corporate & commercial law, and energy financial markets. Prior to this, Dipesh worked at Clayton Utz as a Foreign Qualified Lawyer, gaining experience in energy, resources, infrastructure & projects, and corporate law. Dipesh also had a secondment at Eni as a Legal Counsel focusing on oil & gas contracts and procurement. With a background in mining, energy, and natural resources, Dipesh has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Witwatersrand. Dipesh is an active supporter/member of various legal associations and groups in Australia.
