Jess Dyer

Jess Dyer serves as the General Counsel and Company Secretary at Alinta Energy since August 2013, where responsibilities include providing strategic legal advice to the Merchant Energy leadership team and overseeing the legal aspects of wholesale trading, power generation, and project development. Prior roles at Alinta Energy include Senior Legal Manager for Merchant Energy, focusing on both thermal and renewable generation projects. Prior to joining Alinta, Jess held legal counsel positions at Downunder GeoSolutions and Apache Energy. Jess holds a Graduate Certificate in Building & Construction Law from The University of Notre Dame Australia, a Postgraduate Bachelor of Laws from Murdoch University, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University.
