Paul Clark has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Paul is currently the Head of Advanced Customer Care at Alinta Energy, where they are responsible for managing and delivering strategies for customer care. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager of Customer and Community at Gippsland Water, where they provided guidance on governance, finance, and customer service. Paul also worked for the NSW Government, leading the Electricity Network Review Taskforce and developing strategic recommendations for the electricity network industry.
