Russhelle Moore currently serves as the Senior Compliance Manager at Alinta Energy since September 2019, overseeing the Compliance team within the Retail Transformation area and ensuring adherence to regulatory obligations and strategic business goals. Prior to this role, Russhelle held various positions at Red Energy, including Product Manager and roles focused on Retail Markets - Business Integration, where responsibilities included managing a dual-branded product roadmap and facilitating the integration of Red and Lumo Energy’s retail operations. Earlier experience at Lumo Energy spanned multiple roles, from Capability Lead, where Russhelle managed strategic transformations, to Regulatory Advisor, overseeing regulatory reforms, as well as senior-level roles in operations and customer service management.
