Simone Carroll

Simone Carroll currently serves as the Executive Director of People and Culture at Alinta Energy since March 2023. Prior to this role, Simone has held various leadership positions including AMP Ambassador at Harvard Business School Executive Education, EGM People & Customer Experience at Wesfarmers, and Group Executive Manager for Digital, Data, Marketing, and HR at Vicinity Centres, where the organization was recognized as the number one employer in Australia by Forbes. Additional experience includes roles as Chief People & Brand Officer at REA Group, Chief Human Resources Officer at World Directories, General Manager HR & Customer Service at Medibank, and Human Resources Manager at Sensis. Simone holds an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Business in Labor and Industrial Relations from Charles Sturt University.
