Vincent Nicoletti has a strong background in finance and strategy, primarily in the energy and mining sectors. Vincent began their career in 1998 as the Director of Finance and Administration for First Dynasty Mines, where they oversaw various non-production related matters in a gold joint venture in Armenia. Nicoletti then joined BHP Billiton in 1999, holding several roles including Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, President of Energy Coal, and CFO of Marketing and Commercial. Vincent later served as the Chief Financial Officer for Broadspectrum and Orica, where they directed the financial and IT strategies of both organizations. Nicoletti is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Alinta Energy, where they are responsible for finance, risk management, taxation, and strategy. Throughout their career, they have been involved in a wide range of functions including treasury, tax, performance reporting, internal audit, asset management, and business evaluation.

Vincent Nicoletti completed a Master's Degree in Mineral Economics at Curtin University from 1993 to 1994. Prior to that, in 1992, they obtained a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) qualification from the Information Systems Auditors Control Association. In the same year, they also acquired an Internal Audit Certification (CIA) from the Institute of Internal Auditors. Vincent holds a CPA (ASCPA Professional Certification) from Deakin University, earned from 1990 to 1991. Vincent'sundergraduate studies were completed at Curtin University from 1983 to 1989, where they obtained a BBus degree with a major in Accounting and a minor in Business Law.
