Michał Targoński

Micha Roon serves as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, providing training and mentorship for innovation projects across various sectors. As the owner and founder of managination since July 2005, Roon focuses on enhancing the software development landscape. Prior roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web. Roon has contributed as a board member and CTO at Share&Charge, an advisory board member at IIB Council, and an advisor for PioneerVentures.io. Technical expertise also includes a position as a Senior Blockchain Developer at Sweetbridge, Inc. and as a Blockchain Advisor for SwissBorg. Roon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and additional qualifications in Fintech and Project Management.
