Customer Success at Aliro

Greg Walters has a long history of working in the computer software industry. Starting in 1993, they worked as a Client Services Manager at Scherrer Resources Inc., where they managed customer service help desk and software development units, and trained sales representatives and financial consultants on propriety CRM software products. In 1998, they took on the role of Owner, Project Manager, and Senior Consultant at KDC Consulting Inc., where they managed IT consulting projects for mid-sized and large corporations. In 2005, they moved to Naples Technology, Inc. as a Senior Consultant, and was responsible for designing and managing marketing initiatives, customer services, product sales, and technology implementations. In 2010, they became the Owner, Project Manager, and Senior Consultant at My Tech Guys, Inc., providing technology consulting services to small and mid-size organizations throughout central and Southwest Florida. Finally, in 2017, they joined Aliro as Director, Customer Success / Project Manager, and then Director, Customer Success at Aliro & AliroVets. In these roles, they focused on the customers' needs across all functional areas and personas to create a customer community that works together in achieving an organization's goals.

Greg Walters obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with concentration in Business Management from Rollins College between 1989 and 1993. In 2015, they received a Small Boat Instructor Level 2 certification from US Sailing.
