Arindam Das is an ITSM Specialist at Alithya since June 2023, responsible for functional and system administration of Freshservice, focusing on various modules including Incident Management and Knowledge Management. Prior to this role, Arindam worked at Infosys BPM as part of the Digital Transformation Services team, managing projects aimed at maximizing opportunities through new digital technologies. Arindam's extensive experience includes over a decade at Teleperformance, where roles ranged from Assistant Manager to Service Delivery Head - Operations. With educational qualifications that include a Doctorate in Management Studies from the Indian School of Technology and Management, along with an MBA from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and a BCA from Bangalore University, Arindam possesses a strong foundation in management and technical domains.
