Kais Rourou

Kais ROUROU is a strategic consultant and business architect currently engaged with Alithya since September 2022, specializing in advising on information systems strategy and data governance. Prior to this role, Kais served as a Director at EY from November 2018 to August 2022, where responsibilities included managing digitization projects and business development for the telecom sector in Africa. Kais also has extensive freelance experience as an IT consultant and held critical positions at Ooredoo Tunisie from 2009 to 2017, encompassing roles such as Assistant Director of Marketing VAS and Senior Manager of Customer Care, achieving significant advancements in service offerings and customer experience. Early career highlights include a Senior Manager role at Ernst & Young and project involvement with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young for PeopleSoft CRM implementations. Kais holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Université de Tunis and a Baccalauréat in Mathematics from Lycée Bourguiba.
