Karen N. Prior experience includes a tenure at Oracle from January 2012 to September 2020, holding various roles such as Principal Applications Engineer, Principal Technical Support Engineer, and Principal Product Manager - Legislative Analyst, focusing on payroll scenarios, customer support, and legislative compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Additionally, as the owner of KNS KoNSulting, Inc. from September 2001 to January 2012, consulting services were provided for Oracle HCM. Karen has also held various functional lead positions across organizations including PAETEC, Continuum Health Partners, and the Air Force Services Agency, contributing expertise in payroll implementation and support throughout the industry.
