Magdalena Niedziela

Magdalena Niedziela has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Recruitment Assistant at Alexander Mann Solutions. In 2006, they joined Whirlpool Corporation as a Training Specialist and stayed until 2008. In 2009, they moved to Randstad Polska and worked as an Account Specialist until 2016. In 2016, they joined AmRest as a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist and later held positions such as Digital Ventures HR Specialist and HR Business Partner Delivery, Digital, Shadow Kitchen. Currently, Magdalena works at AmRest as the Global Talent Acquisition & Retention Lead.

Magdalena Niedziela received a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Wroclaw, where they studied from 2001 to 2006.
