Lucie Martel

Lucie Martel is the current director at Alithya. Lucie has over 25 years of experience in human resources, having previously served as vice-president at three different companies.

Martel started their career in 1986 at Banque Laurentienne Groupe Financier, where they worked for 14 years before being promoted to vice-president of human resources. In 2000, they left the company to join AXA, where they remained for 11 years. In 2011, they were recruited by Intact, where they served as senior vice president of human resources for 10 years. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Alithya as director.

Throughout their career, Martel has been recognized for their dedication to their work and their ability to develop and implement strategies that have had a positive impact on their respective organizations. Lucie is a strong leader with a proven track record of success.

Lucie Martel has a Diplôme de l’Institut des administrateurs de sociétés from Rothman / McGill, a Bsc in Relations Industrielles from Université de Montréal, and is certified from the Institute of Corporate Directors in ICD.D.
