Marc Lafontaine

Marc Lafontaine is a Senior Strategic Advisor at Alithya since September 2018, specializing in IT management, business and enterprise architecture, project management, and change management, utilizing methodologies such as TOGAF, BIZBOK, BABOK, PMBOK, SCRUM, and SAFe. Marc has been an elected board member of PMI Lévis-Québec since February 2014, responsible for the monthly newsletter and webinars, and has also served as Vice President of Communications. Prior to Alithya, Marc held various positions at Multiforce Inc. from 2008 to 2018, providing IT management consulting and leading complex projects, while also contributing to writing articles on project management and IT. Marc holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration with a focus on Information Systems and a Certificate in Philosophy from Laval University, as well as multiple professional certifications including PMP, PSM, SA, and LPM.
