Omer Keinan

Omer Keinan is a dedicated scientist currently engaged in therapeutic antibody discovery and assay development at AlivaMab Biologics since July 2021. Prior to this role, Omer served as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of California, San Diego, from November 2015 to July 2021, focusing on the role of glycogen metabolism in adipose tissue thermogenesis. Omer's academic background includes a significant tenure at the Weizmann Institute of Science, where Omer conducted doctoral research under the supervision of distinguished mentors, culminating in a Ph.D. in cancer cell biology in 2014. Omer's research also extends to postdoctoral work at the Weizmann Institute, investigating the impact of Nir2 and Nir3 on cytoskeleton remodeling and breast cancer metastasis.
