Antoine Bordes

Antoine Bordes is a prominent expert in artificial intelligence and machine learning, currently serving as Chief Scientist and Vice President of Artificial Intelligence at Helsing since March 2023. Previously, Antoine Bordes spent nearly a decade at Meta, notably as Managing Director of the Facebook AI Research (FAIR) group, focusing on learning semantics, natural language understanding, and knowledge extraction. Prior research positions include roles as a researcher at CNRS and the Université de Technologie de Compiègne, as well as a visiting scholar and post-doctoral fellow at the Université de Montréal, where collaboration with Yoshua Bengio centered on deep learning for natural language processing. Antoine Bordes holds an engineering degree in physics from ESPCI Paris - PSL and a PhD in machine learning from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
