Megan Strauss

Megan Strauss has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Megan is currently working as the Human Resources Director at AliveCor. Before this, they held the position of Director of People & Culture at Ladder Insurance from January 2021 to November 2022. Prior to that, Megan worked at Varo Bank as an HR Manager from November 2018 to January 2021. Megan also has experience in employee experience leadership and HR generalist roles at FANDOM from August 2015 to November 2018.

Megan began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy from May 2013 to August 2015. Megan also worked as an Administrator at the Academy of Art University from October 2009 to May 2013, where they provided administrative support and handled payroll responsibilities. Megan's earlier roles include working as an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager at Foamorder.com from August 2006 to April 2009 and as a Certified Custom Framer/Lead Sales Associate at Aaron Brothers from June 2004 to May 2006.

Megan Strauss attended Golden Gate University from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained a Masters of Human Resource Management degree. Prior to that, they studied at California State University, Chico from 2002 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Design.
