Tiffany Chien

Tiffany Chien has a diverse work experience with a strong focus on product design and user experience. Tiffany is currently working as the Lead Product Designer at AliveCor Inc., where they have made significant contributions, such as increasing the total number of premium app subscriptions by 400% and successfully launching new products. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Designer, where they designed and launched a premium app subscription offering that increased premium subscriptions by 86% within 8 months after launch. Tiffany has also worked as a User Experience Designer consultant, a UX/UI Designer at SleepScore Labs, and an Experience Design Intern at FreshForm. Tiffany has experience in conducting usability tests, research, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Additionally, they have internship experience in design and teaching assistance at various architecture firms and institutions.

Tiffany Chien earned a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree from the University of Southern California in the field of Architecture, completing their studies from 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Milton Academy from 2009 to 2012 for high school. Additionally, they obtained a UX Certificate from the Nielsen Norman Group in July 2020.
