Heather Prime

Heather Prime is a highly experienced Lead Product Designer currently at Atlassian since August 2025. Prior to this role, Heather was self-employed as a Freelance Lead Product Designer from July 2024 to August 2025 and served as a Senior Product Designer at CoinTracker from July 2022 to July 2024. Heather also held significant positions at Meta as a Senior Product Designer for Instagram Direct and Product Designer in Integrity from November 2018 to May 2022. Earlier in Heather's career, senior and product design roles were undertaken at Prolific Interactive, which was acquired by WeWork, from August 2016 to November 2018. Heather holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Virginia and a Certificate in Floristry from FlowerSchool New York.
