Waseem Akhtar

Waseem Akhtar has worked in the software development field since 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Java Software Developer at ktechworks. During this time, they gained hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms, as well as object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns. Waseem also got experience of working with Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Java Developer at Alivia Technology. During this time, they worked on Redline Pre-Trade Risk and Absolute Insight applications. Redline Pre-Trade Risk is a web application which helps people to automate the stock trading and perform risk analysis in real time. Absolute Insight is a Big Data application to help organizations to process their huge data and perform different analysis using machine-learning algorithms. Since 2017, they have worked as a Java Software Developer at CABIDZ. Here, they work on a taxi request and rental application just like Uber. The key feature of the application is to provide best minimum fare to passengers by allowing them to request taxi by initiating the bidding onto available drivers for a short time.

Waseem Akhtar completed their High School at Govt. Abbasia Higher Secondary School, Bahawalpur from 2004 to 2006. After that, they attended Government Sadiq Egerton College, Bahawalpur from 2006 to 2009, where they earned their F.Sc in Pre-Engineering. Finally, they earned their BSIT in Computer Programming and Software Engineering from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur from 2009 to 2013.
