Eric N. Brown, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources & Volunteer Services at Alivia Care, Inc., where strategic HR initiatives align with the organization's mission to enhance the quality of life for patients and families. Previously, Eric held roles such as Human Resources Manager at Fortegra and Baptist Medical Center & Wolfson Children's Hospital, managing various HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, and workplace safety. Eric's career includes significant accomplishments like leading the "Learning for Leaders" initiative and implementing Florida's first fully reimbursed "On the Job Training" program.
