Jovana Mullins

Jovana Mullins has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fashion industry. Jovana is the Co-Founder & CCO of Alivia, a contemporary womenswear brand that creates clothing inspired by the expressions of creators with developmental disabilities. Jovana has been with Alivia since December 2018.

In addition to their role at Alivia, Jovana is also a Member of The Female Founder Collective starting in February 2020.

Jovana also runs their own company, Jovana Mirabile, LLC, where they work as a Print and Embroidery Designer. Some of their clients include COACH, Amur, La Ligne, Robert Graham, and Victoria's Secret, among others. Jovana is responsible for various tasks such as creating original artwork, designing print repeats and placements, developing embroidery swatches, and creating layouts and technical drawings. Jovana has been with Jovana Mirabile, LLC since January 2014.

Jovana was also a Fellow at Project Entrepreneur from April 2020 to July 2020.

In their earlier experiences, Jovana worked as a Print and Embroidery Designer at Sam Edelman from October 2014 to June 2018. Prior to that, they held an Assistant Designer role at alice + olivia from June 2013 to December 2013. Jovana also worked at Matthew Williamson as an Assistant Designer and Design Intern from August 2011 to June 2013. Jovana gained experience as a Design Intern at Diane von Furstenberg from July 2008 to May 2011. Jovana also had internships at Matthew Williamson and Michael Kors in 2010.

Jovana Mullins obtained a Bachelor of Fine Art degree in Fashion Design from Parsons School of Design - The New School, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In 2010, they also attended Central Saint Martins for a course in Creative Pattern Cutting.
