Andrea Schmitz

Andrea Schmitz is an experienced professional in the field of organizational development and talent integration, currently serving as a Vice President and Senior Specialist at AlixPartners since September 2021, after previously holding the positions of Coordinator and Intern in the same field. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Andrea gained valuable experience as an Organizational Development Intern at CIG Capital Advisors and as a Senior Content Manager at MRM, where roles included Content Manager and Associate Content Manager. Andrea holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Albion College.
