Brian K. Gibbons is an experienced HR leader with a diverse background in managing human resources across various industries, including technology, healthcare, and finance. Currently serving as HR Director for General Motors in the Battery, Propulsion & Sustainability, Purchasing & Supply Chain, and Quality & OpEx sectors since February 2024, Brian previously held the position of Chief People Officer at Rapid and Real Chemistry, where significant restructuring and employee experience enhancements were implemented. With a decade-long tenure at Apple as a People Director and Senior HR Business Partner, Brian was instrumental in delivering talent solutions and scaling organizations. Earlier roles at Cisco, Microsoft, and foundational experiences at Washington Mutual Bank, Amgen, and Robert Half shaped Brian's strong HR expertise, bolstered by a Professional Coaching Certification from New Ventures West and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Eastern Washington University.
