Brian Kelly

Brian Kelly is a highly experienced legal professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Partner and Associate General Counsel at AlixPartners since May 2014, Brian has also held the position of Director and Associate General Counsel at the same firm. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Flagstar Bank, Counsel at Maddin, Hauser, Roth & Heller, PC, and Partner at Bush Seyferth & Paige PLLC. Brian began his legal career as an Associate at Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP. Brian holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Lafayette College.
