Joe Cubellis

Joe partners with clients in many industries to drive step-change improvements across clients’ value chains. He has more than 20 years of broad-based profit-and-loss (P&L)-ownership, operations, supply chain, and M&A experience and has held roles with increasing functional and P&L responsibility in both industry (Eaton Corporation, WESCO International, and Pittsburgh Glass Works) and consulting (Kearney and AlixPartners). Joe brings a P&L owner mind-set, a strong bias for action, and a successful record of delivering strong operating and financial results to clients. Joe has an MBA in strategy, finance, production, and operations management from Carnegie Mellon University.
