Pratik Kotecha

Pratik Kotecha currently serves as the Organisational Development L&D Strategic Business Partner for EMEA & Asia at AlixPartners, a position held since November 2022. Previously, Kotecha was a Learning and Development Business Partner at ThoughtWorks from May 2019 to November 2022 and worked as a Business Trainer III at Rackspace from January 2010 to May 2019. Kotecha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Arts with a focus on Sound Design and Engineering from Royal Holloway, University of London, completed between 2002 and 2006, and attended Lampton School from 1995 to 2002.
