Scott Gillis

Scott Gillis currently serves as Managing Director and Co-Head of Corporate Strategy and Transformation at AlixPartners, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Scott Gillis co-founded Galt & Company in October 2003 and held the title of Senior Managing Director until January 2022, providing advisory services to CEOs and Board level executives on strategies and organizational changes aimed at enhancing shareholder returns. Scott Gillis earned an MBA in Business Administration from Harvard Business School between 1986 and 1988, and holds a BS in Geophysical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, obtained from 1975 to 1979.
