Shaun Hinchy

Shaun Hinchy is a seasoned digital transformation expert with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at AlixPartners since January 2019, Shaun manages global engineering teams to enhance the firm’s digital strategies. Alongside this position, Shaun operates as a Digital Consultant for Shinchy Ltd and held the role of Chief Digital Officer at Mondra from May 2021 to September 2023, focusing on innovation within the environmental food sector. Prior to these roles, Shaun was the Head of Digital Engineering at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where digital marketing and mobile application development were prioritized. Previous experience includes leading web development at ASOS.com and working as a web developer at The Guardian. Shaun holds multiple diplomas in Business Strategy and Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree in Interactive Media from the University of West London.
