Ted Bililies, Ph.D. is a seasoned professional in talent strategy and organizational development, currently serving as Partner & Managing Director and Senior Advisor on Talent Strategy at AlixPartners since November 2013. With previous experience as Partner at ghSMART from 2003 to 2013, Bililies has consulted for major firms in the private equity and venture capital industry. At State Street, Bililies held the position of Vice President for Executive & Organizational Development, leading initiatives to align senior talent with strategic business needs. As Vice President and General Manager at Personnel Decisions International, Bililies established a successful Boston office. An experienced educator, Bililies taught at Harvard University across various disciplines, focusing on leadership and strategic talent management. Academic credentials include an AB from Harvard University (magna cum laude), along with an MA and PhD in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University Chicago, and doctoral residency work at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine and Harvard Medical School.
