Paresh Vipani

Paresh Vipani serves as the Chief Financial Officer at ALIYA Healthcare Consulting since July 2025, bringing extensive financial leadership experience from previous roles as Chief Financial Officer at Infinity Health Care Management from June 2017 to July 2025 and at Platinum Healthcare, LLC from March 2003 to May 2017. At Infinity Health Care Management, Paresh was integral to decision-making processes, particularly in insurance negotiation and securing favorable terms with lenders and bankers. During tenure at Platinum Healthcare, Paresh structured transactions, led negotiations, and oversaw due diligence efforts for obtaining both permanent and conventional financing, managing several acquisitions, refinancing, and loan restructurings. Paresh holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, completed between 1983 and 1986, with a focus on finance, accounting, and management.
