Shaun Scott has a long and varied career in IT and customer service. From 1998 to 2000 they worked as a Computing Consultant at Rice University, followed by a role as a Systems & Network Administrator and Application Developer at R7 Solutions. In 2001, they took on two roles at Japan Exchange and Teaching Program (JET), as a Municipal Specialist in Elementary Education (EALT) and an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT). In 2007, they were both a Team Leader at Pearson and an IT Consultant for Self Employed. From 2008 to 2016, they were a Senior Systems Analyst and Information Technology Specialist at Scientific Drilling. Finally, from 2016 to 2017 they worked at Air Liquide as a Product Delivery Manager and Application Support Analyst, and from 2017 to the present they have been a Product Delivery Manager, Support Expert, Customer Service Solution Coordinator, and Application Support Analyst at ALIZENT.
Shaun Scott received their Bachelor's Degrees in Mathematics and Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Rice University between 1996 and 2001.
