Fahad al Kindi

Fahad Al Kindi currently serves as the Unit Head of Litigation at Alizz Islamic Bank since June 2023 and has held a position as a Lecturer at Al Zahra College For Women since January 2019. Additionally, Fahad has been a Legal Trainer at Crystal Training Centre since September 2016, specializing in law subjects. Previously, Fahad was a Partner at F&B Law Firm from November 2015 to June 2023, managing cases and the firm. Fahad has also contributed to sports law as a Legal Committee Member for the Oman Football Association and served as a Sport Arbitrator for the Oman Olympic Committee. Earlier career roles included Chief Prosecutor and Senior Prosecutor at the Public Prosecution in Oman, with a foundational role as a Prosecutor starting in May 2004. Fahad is currently pursuing a PhD in Law at Universiti Utara Malaysia, having previously earned a Master of Criminology from Bond University and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Sultan Qaboos University.
