Nasser Al-Azwani possesses extensive experience in information technology and cyber security, having held positions such as Head of the Information Technology Department and Unit Head for Networks and Cyber Security at Alizz Islamic Bank from July 2023 to January 2024. Prior to this role, Nasser spent over two decades at Sultan Qaboos University, advancing from Network and Computer Engineer to Director of the Center for Information Systems. Additionally, Nasser served as a Visiting Assistant Professor at the National University of Science and Technology from October 2020 to October 2022. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Cyber Security from City St George’s, University of London, and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Liverpool.
