Akihide Hayakawa

Akihide Hayakawa is currently a DX Engineer and IT Business Partner for the R&D Divisions at ONO PHARMACEUTICAL CO., LTD., starting in July 2023. Previously, Akihide held the position of IT Project Manager for R&D and QA systems at Santen Pharmaceutical from January 2021 to June 2023. Earlier roles include Manufacturing System Supervisor in the IT section at Murata Electronics (Thailand) Ltd. from November 2019 to December 2020, and Manufacturing System Engineer at Murata from November 2016 to October 2019, where responsibilities involved system operation and project management for a global MES system. Akihide's career began as a System Engineer and Project Leader at NS Solutions Kansai from April 2012 to October 2016, focusing on the implementation of a Railway Maintenance System. Akihide earned a Master of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Kobe University.
