Shahab Al Raisi currently serves as the Head of Client Services at Oman Investment Bank since February 2024. Prior to this role, Shahab Al Raisi accumulated extensive experience at Alizz Islamic Bank, where service quality was a focus as the Service Quality Manager from July 2013 onward. Additional experience includes positions such as Assistant Manager in Customer Experience and Senior Manager in Service Quality at BankDhofar from December 2007 to April 2013, as well as a Call Center Team Leader role. Earlier positions include a Call Center Representative at Omantel from January 2006 to February 2007 and a Sales Executive in Customer Service at O.H.I from March 2005 to January 2006.
