Allan Jensen

Allan Jensen has over 27 years of work experience in various roles within the pharmaceutical and consulting industries. Allan began their career as a Sales Manager at Alsiano before transitioning to project management and strategic sourcing roles at H. Lundbeck. Allan then worked as a management consultant at Price Waterhouse Coopers, specializing in supply chain and sourcing. Jensen continued their career at Novo Nordisk as the Head of Department for Pharmaceutical Supply Chain. Allan then joined Biogen Idec as an Area Director, overseeing international supply chain and finished goods manufacturing. Jensen's next role was at Xellia Pharmaceuticals, where they served as the Director of Corporate Strategic Sourcing & Contract Manufacturing and later became the Director of Global Strategic Sourcing and Procurement. Their most recent position was as the Vice President of Global Sourcing & Procurement at ALK, where they were responsible for strategic procurement execution and transformation. In their roles, Jensen focused on sourcing value within direct, indirect, and capex procurement, as well as management of external supply networks, alliance management, and people management.

Allan Jensen completed their M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark between 1986 and 1993. Allan pursued an MBA in Business Strategy from Henley Management College from 2006 to 2008.
