Anne Kofoed Gjedsted

Anne Kofoed Gjedsted has over 20 years of experience in the field of HR. Anne currently works at ALK as a Global HR Business Partner, supporting the EVP Product Supply, EVP Global Business Support, CFO, and senior managers. Anne'sresponsibilities include talent management, diversity and inclusion, strategic competency mapping, performance management, leadership and team development, and cultural transformation. Anne is also a member of several senior leadership teams and the Global HR management team at ALK.

Prior to their current role, Anne worked at Coloplast as a Senior HR Business Partner, supporting the Global Research & Development organization and Global Operations. Anne focused on performance management, change management, cultural development, strategic people and competency development, and organizational design. Anne has extensive experience in supporting managers in people and organizational development, engagement, and restructuring.

Before joining Coloplast, Anne worked as an HR Consultant at Intenz, where they provided consulting services in HR. Anne also worked as a Researcher/Recruitment Consultant at Cultivator and as a Consultant at Lykke & Nedergaard Research Institute.

Anne Kofoed Gjedsted earned their Master of Human Resource Management (HRM) degree from Copenhagen Business School from 1992 to 1998. In 2010, they attended Green & Andersen and obtained a Process Consultant degree with a specialization in Development and Psychology. Additionally, in the same year, they completed a course in Personal Testing at SHL.
