Jacqueline Rau

Jacqueline Rau has over 10 years of work experience in the field of human resources. Jacqueline began their career at Desitin Arzneimittel GmbH in 2007 as an HR Manager, where they worked until 2010. In 2010, they joined ALK as a Manager of Human Resources and was later promoted to Senior Manager of Human Resources for Central Europe. In 2013, they became the Director of Human Resources for DACH and currently holds the position of Director of People & Organization for Northern Europe & DACH.

Jacqueline Rau has a strong educational background in business administration and management. Jacqueline obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration from Fachhochschule Wedel, University of Applied Sciences, from 2003 to 2007. Jacqueline further pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Resource Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, from 2010 to 2012. Jacqueline also participated in a semester abroad at the University of Otago in 2005, focusing on Business Studies. Additionally, they completed an apprenticeship as a banker, receiving the Bankkauffrau IHK (banking diploma) from Hypovereinsbank from 2000 to 2003.
