Alina Crisan

Alina Crisan has a background in human resources and customer service. Alina began their career in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative at Vodafone. Alina then moved on to Autoliv, where they worked as a Human Resources Specialist and later as an HR Generalist from 2012 to 2020. Most recently, they joined Alka Group RO in 2020, starting as a People and Culture Partner before being promoted to the role of People and Culture Director in July 2021.

Alina Crisan has a strong educational background in the field of human resources and has continued to pursue further education and certifications throughout their career. Alina completed their Executive MBA from Maastricht University from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov between 2017 and 2019. Their Bachelor's degree in Sociology was also earned from the same university, spanning from 2008 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Alina has obtained certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2018, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM. Furthermore, in 2014, they became a Certified PPA Practitioner through Thomas International. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to continuous professional development in the field of human resources.
