Lindy Clark

Lindy Clark is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at MOLLIE ASPEN since May 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing critical HR functions for over 100 employees. Previously, Lindy held the position of Area Director of HR at East West Hospitality, overseeing multiple locations and more than 300 employees. Prior roles include Human Resources Director at Davidson Hotels & Resorts and Aspen Art Museum, where Lindy led HR strategies and initiatives, as well as Human Resources Manager at HEI Hotels & Resorts, managing various HR processes for over 250 employees. Lindy holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a B.S./B.A. in Hotel, Restaurant, Tourism, and Management from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business.
