Julie Hoagland

Julie leads Alkami’s human resource programs including talent acquisition and management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and employer brand.

Julie has over twenty-five years of human resources experience in building highly effective cultures and has led transformational change efforts for several organizations. Prior to joining Alkami, she served as Chief People Officer at A. H. Belo, where she oversaw talent acquisition and talent management, employee relations, learning and development and change management initiatives. At DaVita Rx, she was instrumental in building HR infrastructure to support the organization’s hyper growth over a four-year period while maintaining a great place to work. She has also held HR executive positions with Atmos Energy, Handango, and Securus Technologies.

Julie is passionate about giving back to the community and was a founding board member with Women with Promise and served on the Dallas Morning News Charities board.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in personnel management and industrial relations from the University of North Texas.
